Problems in Warrior of 3 Kingdoms

 It seems like there's a problem in W3Ksea Launcher.

When downloading new file, at 83% it stop downloading.
The possible problem is :

-Internet browser does not running JavaScript
-WindowFirewall is Enabled
-Internet security are tight
-Antivirus firewall are enabled
